transferable classes to take?

I was accepted ED to cas and i'm planning on double majoring in econ and international relations. the ppe major looks intriguing but for now it's IR and econ.

My school doesn't offer many AP classes. I haven't taken any AP tests, and the only ones I would be able to take at the end of this year are german and calc ab. I plan on taking the german test; however, Penn does not accept the calc ab test.

The community college near me is very good and a grad from my high school who is now at Wharton took several classes from this community college. She said that she has yet to find a class that isn't able to transfer. She also recommended taking econ001 and econ002 (online) and math -104.

I'm looking at my catalog right now and I'm wonder what to take. Any suggestions concerning general ed classes to take before attending penn cas? thanks.

I would predict that they will not transfer. a LOT of freshmen arrive with community college class credit. It just doesn’t compare. Make sure you call Penn before you shell it out for college classes.
