Hey everyone,

I'm planning on transferring to Penn next fall and I am wondering if anyone here has any ideas concerning how much legacy will weigh in. My father graduated from The Wharton School, which is pretty cool. As for my grades, my gpa for my freshman year at SUNY New PAltz was a 3.67 (I'm a sophmore right now.) Assuming that my gpa stays in the same ball park this semester, what would your guesses be. I am very passionate about anthropology and hope to join the Peace Corps upon graduation and believe that I will have no trouble expressing my enthusiasm in my essays. I know that Penn likes people who are passionate. I also should mention that my SAT's are nothing special. Basically, I am hoping that legacy, a good college GPA, and my love for crazy love for anthroplogy will get me in. What do you all think? Thanks a ton.
