Transferring after fall semester?

<p>Has anyone had experience transferring after their fall semester to a new university for spring? I mean, if you live on campus and decide to transfer after the fall semester do you have to pay for spring semesters housing? I'm pretty sure most universities have a living agreement where you promise to live on campus the entire year but I think that was implemented to prevent students from moving off campus during the year after living on campus for a portion of the year and the agreement is void if you get expelled or withdraw/transfer. Just looking for clarification as I will be transferring after my fall semester.</p>
