transferring because college only has minor but not major?

Hi

Right now I am starting to write my personal statement and finding valid reasons for transferring that align with my diverse academic interests. I want to double major in economics and environmental science/sustainability, but my current college only has a minor in env sci/sustainability. Would my college only having a minor in env sci be considered a valid reason for transferring?
I know I asked this issue several times already but I’m just lost on how to proceed with my personal statement

Duh, of course.

You want to be able to complete the full major, which presumably includes several more courses and develops the study topics more thoroughly.

To be honest, this is probably the best reason for transferring that I have seen posted on CC.
