Transferring Fall 2014; what are my chances?

Dear CC,

Though I have tapped into every resource of advice I can think of (counselors, professors, friends, College Prow13r, Cappex). Every resource except College Confidential. I've read a lot of forums here, and you all seem to give pretty solid advice. But my question today is this: do I have a shot (or could have a shot) at any of the universities below. I'll apply regardless, but if there is anything at all I can do to solidify my chances of going--I'll do it.

Background:

I am a current Santa Monica College student, hoping to transfer to one of the following universities in the Fall of 2014, by descending preference:

Hamilton

Wesleyan University.

Middlebury College

New York University

Oberlin College

The College of William & Mary

University of Michigan

University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill

University of Southern California
10.University of Virginia

Loyola Mary Mount University

My GPA will be low by the application deadlines (2.86). Projected GPA will be 3.2+. At that time, I will have completed 60+ units towards an AA-T degree (transfer, basically), as well as the general recs for an English major.

Additional Info:

-I have three different academic advisors (two English teachers and one Science teacher) writing recs on my behalf.

-Due to the way SMC works, however, I still have yet to acquire a counselor's needed recommendation.

-Extracurriculars: student government, designed an iPhone app for our school cafeteria

-I own my own business

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
