Transferring for Junior year

Hello, I am at my first year at St John's University. I am currently undecided right now and planning to transfer to NYU in my 3rd year to complete my bachelors over there. I finished off HS with a 2.9 GPA and my standardized test score wasn't too stellar either. I might apply to Stern if I decide to major in Business. However, does anybody here know if NYU still looks at SAT/ACT scores after HS after you complete a certain number of college credits? How hard would it be for me to get into Stern also?

Thanks.

They will still look at your SAT scores and high school record, but your college grades will be by far the most important aspect of your app, along with your essays. As a rule, the longer you’ve spent proving you can succeed in college, the less they care how you did in high school.
As for Stern-- um, hard. Impossible to guess how hard, especially since you didn’t share your college GPA. But yeah, obviously Stern is hard to transfer into.
