Transferring from Canada to USA

<p>Hey there, I have completed 15 credits of Canadian community college for business related courses. My question is if I would like to transfer to the Oklahoma university engineering program would I be considered a transfer still? Another question I had was in order to get accepted I need a physics course. Would I be better off taking one at my community college or at the local highschool online? I will be playing football there during my time as well. </p>
