Transferring from CC after one year?

<p>This is my first post here, so, HELLO!!!</p>

<p>I am currently attending community college in St. Louis, where I have completed one semester. I only recently moved to St. Louis, and I am now realizing...well...I really dislike St. Louis. I have, however, done very well in my first semester, with a 3.75 GPA, Honors Program, Phi Theta Kappa, and Public Relations Officer and Co-Founder of Political Science Club. I also have a composite score of 27 on the ACT.</p>

<p>So my question: is it too late to apply for 2011-2012 at a public university (most likely UofC Boulder)?</p>

<p>Also, if it's not too late, would I have a shot at being accepted?</p>

<p>Your stats are strong and you have a good chance of getting into top schools. The transfer application deadline for most schools is in March.
