I had just transferred to my state u after getting my associates at a 2 year tech. I feel like the college I transferred to didn't represent themselves well at all though. When I spoke with admission last fall I was told that they had many evening classes and online classes to accommodate my work schedule. When registering for classes this fall that was not the case at all. The latest class I found in my program is 4pm and only basic intro classes are offered online, which is not useful for someone like me. I've had to go from 30 hours to 16 hours a week at my job. I thought it may have been a fluke so I waited until spring classes were announced but it is the same.
Will leaving one school for another so quickly harm my chances of being accepted other places? My previous school GPA was 3.8.
Obviously I know it doesn't hurt to just apply and see, but it will likely be months before I know anything so I guess I'm just curious and looking to hear from anyone with experience. Right now I'm not even sure how to label my current school on applications since I don't have any grades from it. I'm calling admin departments on a school by school basis for that.
