Transferring from out of state to William and Mary?

I’m a sophomore looking to transfer here for next fall from the university of minnesota. I just transferred this year from a community college, but want to change my major and move to VA mainly for personal reasons and want to finish schooling there.
I heard it’s pretty competitive so I’m not sure how much of a chance I’d have of getting in…if anyone could give me a rough judgment?
My gpa from community college is a 3.57 (did a majority of classes in my junior and senior year of high school, hence the low number)
I don’t have my grades for this school yet since I had just started. Right now I have a 3.69 for the semester so I’m hoping it’ll be around there at the end but who knows. As for resume stuff, I’m part of a community education group for a nonprofit dealing with human trafficking, held a clinical assistant job at mayo clinic for over a year and now I do clinical research there in radiology. Used to volunteer for a homeless shelter and adult education center for refugees/lower income individuals for about a year as well.

Otherwise, if not this college, do you have any other recommendations of schools to look into in VA?

Thanks

What major are you looking for?
Any geographical considerations within VA?
How much will finances play in your decision?
