One thing you're going to want to check on is if your 300+ level classes are going to transfer. You don't want to lose tons of credit. Check course catalogs to see if they offer similar courses.

What were your SAT's/ACT's? Also, what's your major? Why do you want to transfer? What are you looking for in your transfer school?

I say:
Georgetown: low reach/reach, I'm really not sure though
Cornell: high reach
U Penn: very high reach
Columbia: next to impossible

Well, transfer stats are harded to come by in terms of profile of accepted students than freshman admission stats are.

You can do some hunting here on the Transfer Forum as well as on College Board, USN&WR Premium online edition and Common Data sets for each school to get a little bit of info and some sense of acceptance rates.

You are strong and so that means you have better chances than most, but the schools you list likely don't accept very many transfers. That being the case, you should decide whether you would be satisfied to stay at Emory if you don't get a Yes from those schools on your list. If you would, then you are fine. If you would not, then you need some schools with relatively high (30%+) to high (50%+) transfer acceptance rates - to provide you some safety.
