Transferring in - What are my chances?

Hi, my name is Amelia. I'm a current student at Rutgers University in NJ, transferring to Bergen Community College in order to save money to transfer to an out of state college in the fall of 2010. I would like to know my chances as a transfer for the following schools:

University of Texas - Austin, TX
University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill, Chapel Hill, NC
College of Charleston - Charleston, SC
University of Colorado - Boulder, Boulder, CO
Tulane University - New Orleans, Louisiana

I graduated from a high school ranked #7 in the state of New Jersey with a 3.9 weighted GPA - one AP class, in which I scored a 5 on the exam, volunteered with special needs kids, and held a job all four years of high school. At Rutgers, my GPA dropped to a current 3.0 (I haven't taken finals at this time so this is a tentative GPA) but I am taking classes more rigorous than I am used to. I plan to raise my GPA once i get to CC.
So any advice about the transfer process, my chances at these schools, suggestions for other colleges to apply to, and any advice on how to become an attractive candidate is greatly appreciated!
