I'm a freshman at Emory interested in transferring out. I really really am not a fan of the whole Atlanta and Georgia culture, and I don't think Emory is an intellectual of enough school. Yes there are smart kids, but also a lot of people who are just in it for Emory's business school.

Currently I'm looking at several schools that are around Emory's level or better in terms of academics. I am a math, econ/business major for sure, so I am looking for a school with those same strengths and am looking for suggestions.

Currently at Emory, I am taking
Calc 2: A
Spanish 102: A
Freshman English: A-
PoliSci 101: B/B-

That is a GPA of 3.6/3.68

I also could drop PoliSci and would then have a 3.9 with a w on my transcript however.

ECs:
Member of Exec board for Bclub
Stock market game
Volunteer Emory
JSU
I also tutor and do a few community service clubs and am involved in intramurals

High School Stats:
Top 15 private high school in the nation
Freshman and sophomore year was average of B-
Jr and 1st semester senior year was around an A-/B+
2nd semester senior year was a B but I took really hard classes and chilled, knowing I was in college. I did take 3 maths in a semester

I had a lot of ECs in high school also.

SAT I
Math:800
English:600
Combined: 1400

SAT II:
Math IC: 800
Math IIC: 800

What colleges would be plausible to look at?
What are some stretches? What are some realistic (but academic) colleges choices?

I really like Columbia, UChicago, Vandy, the Claremont colleges, Georgetown, Tufts, etc.

I'm not looking to downgrade, really just stay on Par or upgrade schools (academic wise).

I probably could get two good recs from college professors also
