I hate my current school and I'm suffering from a major inferiority complex-- I go to a lower-mid ranked Liberal Arts college on the West Coast and am terrified of my future. Our graduates go nowhere. I spoke to my advisor last month (a former dean of the college), and he informed me that although our school is not good at all, our academic department is well-respected in its field. I'm from a state with excellent public schools- I could try to transfer out to one of those. It would be substantially cheaper, but I would need to spend an additional 1.5 years in school. Should I just finish out my senior year and hope for the best? I have no idea what I'm doing post-graduation; I'm thinking I may even want to go into an entirely different field. I feel like a mess!

You need a goal first. Do you know specifically which university and major you want to enroll in?
