I go to Chico state, and I like the school but I want to go to a more prestigious school. I know I have to wait until I get 60 units to transfer, and I’m majoring in criminal justice, any ideas on schools I should attempt to transfer to?
UCI has a reputable Criminology program.
If you want to go to Law school, though, it’s pretty much unnecessary to major in something related to the law.
If you’re interested in the UC’s, and are certain that you want to transfer, going to a CC would be a good option. It’s entirely possible to transfer from a CSU, but you will have to maintain a fairly high GPA among other things to be competitive.
I am assuming that you are a CA resident; if so, the UC’s are affordable, and are fairly prestigious.
