Transferring to Baruch?

Hi everyone! I go to St. Johns University in Queens. I am a freshman majoring in Economics. Ive decided to apply as a transfer to Baruch College. Does anyone know what i would need to do in order to transfer? Ideally I would have liked to transfer next semester; however, due to it being my first semester in college… I dont have final grades or completed 15 credits. Should I apply for Fall 2016? How does the process work? My grades in high school were terrible around 2.6ish but I have straight As in college as well as some ECs. My SAT wasnt too impressive either… a 1600. Therefore, I feel like perhaps my chances at Baruch are slim if I apply now? HELP
