I am interested in applying as a transfer student from American University to George Washington University. My stats are:
-Major GPA: 3.68
-Cumulative GPA: 3.03
-(I am a disabled student, I have a learning disability that affects quantitative classes and the reason why my cum. gpa is so much lower than my major gpa is because I got a D and an F in two math classes for gen eds that I am currently retaking.)
-I studied abroad in France my freshman year of college and speak beginner French and read at an intermediate level, I am currently taking Indonesian classes as well. I have done one 3 month summer internship in Toronto for an International bank. Also, I am a dual citizen of the U.S and U.K.
-I have one recommendation from my math professor attesting to my work ethic and drive despite my disability and another from one of my International relations professors that also teaches at GW as well as AU. My third rec. will either be from my internship boss or another International relations professor.
-I will not be applying for financial aid if that makes a difference and GW is the only school I am applying to.
