Transferring to U of T

Transferring to University of Toronto, what do I need to do?
I need Information about transferring from my University, The University of Ottawa to The University of Toronto for Fall 2011. I am currently in General Science and looking into going into a smilar 3 year program and open to 4 year programs.

My long term goal is to ultimately apply for Medical School AND Law. Therefore I need to write both the LSAT and the MCAT. I need the best recommendations to do so and I need to know what I can do so I can write the MCAT and if that doesn't work just do the LSAT.

I also need to know the dates, the final day that they accept applications to transfer. What are my chances of getting in? I came from a very reputable private school in my high school days and currently average grades here in university of ottawa seeing that it's only been 15 days since my second semester of my first year started.
I need to know what makes U of T special and unique from uOttawa, what does U of T have that Ottawa doesn't. What programs do they have in both of those faculties that uOttawa does not have? I need to convince my parents as to why it's the leading school I want to transfer to. They have no objection paying every penny as long as it's worth it and as long as I have concrete information on what is needed for that school. At this point I am open to anything in the sciences/law. I dont really care I just want to transfer out over there.

Please and Thank you!

I understand I need the 105D form as well from OUAC

Thank you! Please Help!

I got admission in both U of T and Ottawa university for undergraduate programmes starting fall 2011. I am unable to decide. Please advise me as to which university would be better for undergrad program and why. Reasons please.
