<p>I love UCLA. I feel like I’ve gotten very involved, I enjoy the classes, I love my major (Pre-Global Studies, minor in Public Affairs), and I’ve made a few best friends. </p>
<p>I really did NOT want to come here. When I found out I was rejected from UCB I was really emo about it. I got over it and I really enjoy UCLA…BUT…</p>
<p>My family lives in northern California. I would live at home and commute if I transferred to Berkeley. It’s only a 15-20 minute drive. I’m only considering it because my parents really miss me and it would save them a lot of money if I lived at home for my last two years.</p>
<p>if you are currently a freshman, you need to apply for transfer in November, o/w you probably are a bit screwed.</p>
<p>its difficult because priority for transfers go to the community colleges.</p>
