Transferring to UCF

I have applied to transfer to UCF.

What does it mean when my application status says this:

"An admission decision is being deferred pending receipt of all official transcripts from each institution attended. Please review the required documents listed below; a final, official, transcript must be received directly from each school or testing agency. Transcripts and score reports should be sent to UCF Admissions, P.O. Box 160111, Orlando, FL 32816-0111.

Disclaimer: This is your current status. Your status is subject to change at any time depending upon receipt of new information and further review by the Admissions Committee"

I’m guessing you need to send your transcript or test scores (or wait for them to arrive if you’ve already requested that).
