<p>If I were the OP I’d call the CS undergrad advisor to get her/his take on what the admit number is likely to be. If you look at the info on the UCLA website they only took 6 out of 500 applicants for Fall 2013. But the year before they took 34. </p>
<p>What this tells me is that they had over-enrolled frosh in 2011 so when they were about to be juniors in 2013 there weren’t spaces for xfers. The table isn’t available for what happened in Fall 2014 so maybe the accept rate has risen. I’d expect that, actually; they undoubtedly realized they over-enrolled frosh and have probably fixed it since then. </p>
