Transferring to UGA...what does that mean for my GPA?

There are a number of GPA’s at UGA, from your UGA GPA, overall GPA, transfer GPA, HOPE GPA and major GPA

<p>I’ve seen my official transcript and it doesn’t have any transfer related info other than my transfer credits. The only GPA recorded is my overall GPA and semester GPAs. I’m a Georgia Tech Alumni, not UGA, so maybe they do it differently. I’m not sure why they would though since they both fall under the state of Georgia school system.</p>
