Chance me please!

GPA: 3.29 GPA with 35 credit hours

Experience: 5 yrs. military, Sergeant rank attained.

I plan on transferring to UGA after I end my term of service in 2016, which by that time I should have approximately 74 credits and have a better GPA as I didn't really study my first few years of online college so I settled for a lot of B's which is why my GPA is in the low 3s. Hopefully by that time I will have an approximate 3.6+ GPA since I am now acing all of my classes since I'm actually being studious and taking my classes seriously. My question is, if I applied now would I be admitted into UGA as a transfer student. Help me out guys, please and thanks.

With 30-59 hours, the minimum GPA for consideration is 3.2, and not all coursework may be considered toward that average. UGA says "In reviewing applications for transfer admission to UGA, we consider these factors:

Space Availability – What is the space availability at the University for the particular term in question, and more specifically, what is the space availability for the college or major for which the student has applied?

GPA – What is the student’s transfer GPA in transferable academic coursework? These questions are crucial in making the decision of whether a transfer student is admitted or denied.

Class Standing – Will the student have completed at least one full year of college after high school by the term of intended enrollment, and how many transfer hours will the student have earned by the application deadline? (To access information on transferring credit from your home institution, visit our transfer equivalency search system.)

Deadlines – Has all material been submitted by the stated deadline?

Transfer consideration requirements are subject to change for each semester as the University reviews space availability for that term. Different GPA baselines are set depending on the hours that transfer into the University of Georgia, with a change in class standing every 30 semester hours. Additionally, some colleges and departments have limits on the number of students in their programs, so an applicant’s intended major might be a factor in the admission decision.

When reviewing a file, the best indication of academic success at UGA is a student’s transfer GPA along with the number of classes completed. In calculating your GPA, we use all academic grades you have earned in transferable courses (including Ds, Fs and WFs) from every college you have attended. If a course is repeated, we will use both grades. As well, we only review transfer work with specific course titles, course numbers and credit hours."

Thanks for the reply! I was looking for more of a chance on a personal standpoint, do YOU think I can get accepted with my credentials? Thank you.
