Hey guys,

So I'm currently registered as an undergrad student w/ an econ major at NYU. My grades are very good, and I'm looking into transferring schools. I've been having some serious apprehensions regarding whether I really want to do economics/a business major, and have been strongly considering switching my major to English or something of that ilk.

However, I've been told by my advisor that if I wanted to switch my major, I would be unable to graduate in 4 years, and given NYU's tuition/living expenses, I can't fiscally do that.

Thus, I wanted to know if anyone had advice as to if there are any schools of the same caliber that accept a transfer student without needing to declare a major, or do not require a ton of relevant credits to transfer into a different major.
