I will be attending a community college in the West Coast beforehand. I was wondering how difficult it is to transfer to University of Hawaii Manoa and if it’ll take me the average 2 years to transfer. (I need to obtain 24 transferable credits to transfer.) What are my chances of being accepted as a out-of-state transfer?
