Transferring to USC as a sophomore - Questions?

Hello, I’m currently a high school senior planning out my required courses for the community college I will attend after I graduate. I have some questions regarding transferring as a sophomore to USC. Now, I landed into Trigonometry after my placement test and I’m planning on taking it over the summer so I land into Pre - Calculus as my first semester class and end with “Analytic Geometry and Calculus 1” for my freshman year. Here’s my situation: I’ve been very demotivated to try in school since middle school and this followed into high school (It also didn’t help that I went to a very competitive school) and I landed with a 2.7 gpa and an 1800 SAT (without studying). This is my 2nd semester as a senior and last semester I wanted to see how I would do with a course load of classes that were pretty difficult (no AP’s) and I received around a 3.4 gpa with my grades seriously dropping around 10-15% at the end of the first semester since I knew that I was heading to a community college. I was wondering how badly my High School GPA would severely impact their decision on accepting me if I had a 3.8-4.0 in my first year of community college. I was also wondering where I could find some transfer rates for specific majors (my major is computer science) and what the specific requirements were for 1st year transfer students for my major, I did some digging on google but unfortunately I couldn’t find any. Can someone please help me? I want to try to set up my academic plan so I’m not stuck in a community college for 3+ years.
