<p>I am starting at ucf this fall. I was accepted at usf with a scholarship and after much deliberating, chose ucf. Because of personal family issues, i now wish i were going to usf to be closer to home. </p>
<p>What would be the process if i were to move from ucf to usf either in the spring or next fall? Do i have to start from scratch? I'd prefer the spring, but hopefully will be able to swing going back and forth to gulfport from orlando on weekends to help. Would i have to re-apply with an essay etc.? Would they still offer a scholarship to me? If i could transfer to usf for my sophomore year, when and how should i start the process? I will be taking 26 hours my first year at ucf. </p>
