<p>Hi!
I am a freshman majoring in Electrical and Computer Engineering. I am dissatisfied with my current school as it has neither any research opportunities nor rigorous academics.I am thinking about transferring but the problem is I cannot hope to go anywhere without near full aid.On top of that I am an international student.Can anyone help me out by providing a few good schools that offer aid for internationals during transferring?Any help is appreciated.</p>
