<p>I'm an international student and major in pre-engineering. My college doesn't have engineering courses so i wanted to transfer a decent engineering university. Because i currently receiving a scholarship here, so any good engineering school out there that would provide scholarship or aid for international student?</p>
<p>Also, I am a freshman and I just changed my major to pre-engineering this semester. Should I apply now or wait another year so that I could take several physics and math courses first?</p>
<p>I have 800 Math II, 730 Physics in SAT II. 107 in TOEFL iBT. GPA for last semester is not so good, 3.58 but I still managed to be on honors.</p>
