Transferring

Hey, I'm currently a freshman at an out-of-state university looking to transfer to U-Mich next fall and I was wondering if anyone could please chance me! I need something to boost my confidence and someone to point out the weak areas of my application/resume

College Stats:

Current year/major: Freshman/Mechanical engineering
Reason to transfer: Continue Mechanical engineering but explore aerospace (possibly double major) since my current college does not offer any such program
GPA: Perfect 4.0 (Dean's List)

Planned 2nd semester classes - 23 credits
E.C's: Rubik's Cube Club, Quiz Bowl Team, Japanese Club

High School Stats:

Diploma Type: IB
GPA: ~4.24 W
Grades: Mostly B's, decent amount of A's, and some C's throughout the years

ACT: 28 Composite (27 Eng., 33 Math, 26 Reading, 27 Sci, 25 Combined Eng/Writing)

grade)
Virginia Math League: 1st place tie at school level (10th grade), Top scorer for 12th class
Extracurriculars: Free math tutoring (10,11,12), Part-time sales associate at Best Buy for 1 year, Forensics Speech and Debate (12), Robotics (12), Co-president of Mu Alpha Theta (12)
Other Noteworthy Info:
-Took college classes at community college during junior and senior year (Engineering Statics (Grade: C), Statistics (A), Engineering Dynamics (C), Differential Equ. (B))

I'm thinking that I may actually have a shot since I achieved a 4.0 GPA with 19 credits, which shows I improved considerably academically since I used to makes A's, B's and some C's in high school classes, and C's in college-level classes. What do you guys think? Do I have really have a shot with my current stats? Is there any thing I can do before I submit my app that will improve my chances, no matter how small?

Thanks and I really really appreciate it!
