My daughter (just completed freshman year, woohoo!) has a job at the college this summer, but would like to fly out to another city to join us in a couple of weeks for her brother's gradutation from college. She says there is no way to get to the Cleveland airport from Wooster except for a taxi, which she thinks is about $80 one way. Does anyone know if there are other ways to get to the Cleveland airport on a Fri. night? And back on Sun., most likely.

Tks. for the reply. She says there are no shuttles. So, I'm thinking no shuttles because of it being summer? So, that is what she has looked into, I think. During the regular term there are shuttles, which she has taken. Her dad told her to go to the office and ask if there other options. Don't know if she has done that yet. But I will mention the ride board when I talk to her. I don't know how many people are on campus in the summer. I'd guess not that many.

Your daughter should put up a note on campus, seeking a ride and offering to pay. Could also put an ad in the Wooster Daily Record. There's a Cleveland Clinic branch in Wooster and it's possible some employees commute.

Obviously, she should be cautious for her personal safety in any of these actions.

there's an bus station in wooster my D took a bus to Chicago
once. There's also a private airport shuttle service. Sorry but I
no longer know the details
