Triple minoring, anyone?

So, I'm taking prerequisites towards my Nursing degree. Because I am applying in my second year, I am on the five year plan. By the time Spring quarter ends, I will only have a couple more gen eds to take and over the summer, I plan to take Human Nutrition, Microbiology and Human Development or another GEC to make my first two quarters of Nursing school easier.

While I have been working on my Nursing prerequisites, I have also been working on a Chinese minor. I only have a few courses left to finish my Chinese minor (I'll be done by the end of third year of college).

I have recently fallen in love with Psychology, but I also like to write, so I have been thinking of taking on English minor as well. And if not, I am considering finishing up my Spanish minor.

Has anyone triple minored? If so, what was your major and your triple minors, and what do you think of my triple minors plan?

Thanks!

do it. if you love the subjects and won’t go insane, that is.

If you love it, do it!

Keep in mind:

extra minors might=extra time in college=extra money and less time you could be spending getting some kind of real-world experience

Sometimes it’s not too worth it because you could be expanding more with your major, but I imagine nursing is different in that way…

I almost double majored/double minored but I realized what I really needed to be doing was learning as much about my major as I could and getting as much experience as I could.

I say do the foreign languages! but forget about english. You are going to be a nurse and you should concentrate on that. Knowing other languages is definately a plus but the rest of the majors are just going to take up your time and you are going to be super busy during the clinical stage.

I’m highly considering adding a third minor. They don’t charge by the unit here and it won’t push back my graduation so I figured I might as well do it.

Major: Biology
Minor: Science Education
Minor: Music
Minor: Psychology
