<p>I'm going to be an EAP reciprocal student at UCSB and I'm thinking about housing in Tropicana Villas.
Has anyone stayed there? Can you tell me about your experiences?</p>
<p>Villas was fine for me. However, they did raise the price since then. I lived with my friends though, so we had a good time. Largely your experiences depend on your roommates and if the people next to you are loud.</p>
