Hi everyone!
Lately i’ve been noticing my Chemistry tests and quizzes have been in the 70s. This is very troubling to me because I am a 85+ student with scores typically in the 90s.
I plan to be on a pre med track in college and I am very worried that if my grades continue on this way I won’t be able to handle college chemistry.
The weird thing is is that I honestly REALLY understand chemistry and at times think it’s easy. I do know that i’m not the best test taker so maybe this is a reason.
I REALLY need to have a final grade in chemistry with at least a 90. Does anyone have any advice?
Thanks.
Are you in the high school? If so, the good news is that HS grades do not count in Medical School applications, it is a graduate school. The bad news is you need to study harder and communicate with the teacher see what are the problems. If your aptitude is not good in Chem or science in general, you cannot be a physician.
D had a bad grade in her first HS biology class, she was a straight A student prior to that class and we did not know what happened. We had a meeting with the bio teacher and found the problem was in her tardy home work, once she knew the problem, she worked with the teacher to correct it. Now she is graduating from a med school.
i’m not sure how to close threads but i found out i was overreacting for no reason. i have a 93 in the class…i really wish i could delete this thread. a little bit because i’m embarrassed and moreover that it’s of no use anymore.
