Trouble

My friend was caught cheating on a test and also skipped a day of school and called in as his parents which is fraud. He is good at heart and is actually one of the smartest people in our grade. He was just not thinking straight for some reason. He is clean and he is a really good person. Will this affect his chances of going to Harvard, his dream school? Please reply!!!!!

Why are you asking this question for him?

He doesn’t have an account and doesn’t want to make one. Can you please answer my question? I would really appreciate it.

Cheating is a dagger for a lot of schools.

Sounds like your friend made some big mistakes. It will definitely affect your friend’s chances, but such is life. Own up to it, don’t try to hide it, and that’s the best you can do. Or he can do, or whatever.

Don’t make the same mistake again… is what I would tell your friend. Pass along the message to him for me.

Thank you for your replies. I will definitely tell him this. Anyone else have any info they can share?

I don’t think it’s going to affect his chances in any way. It’s only one mistake. It’s not the end of the world if he makes ONE mistake…

A friend of mine applied to Harvard, she cheated about 3-4 times in hs (was caught each time, and got in trouble for it), was 3rd in her class, perfect SAT, almost perfect GPA, and guess what? She got in. lolz
So no worries :)

Sure you’re not talking about yourself?

@unclebadnees - I am not talking about myself.
@BlackRose101 - Thanks! My friend saw the post and is now relieved.
