Truly shocking/unconventional college essay -- 99% chance won't submit... but read it?

<p>The prompt is for Swarthmore, and after I tried reading some essays online for style and formatting/subject ideas, I kept making notes on the frameworks that people used with the subject matter they wrote, and the goals I had for this specific essay -- ironically (as the prompt reveals) at 3AM. I ended up revising my notes and restructuring them, when I realize it had somehow come out to be 498 words, right below the 500 word limit. And I have to ask, would anyone be willing to read it and tell me what they think? I feel as though it might perhaps be the most unconventional essay you will ever read in these college admissions processes.</p>

<p>Prompt: Swarthmore students are socially aware in both a broad, global context as well as an interpersonal, community context. They approach problems with intentionality, and they often contemplate their place in the world. Given this tendency we would like to know, "What keeps you up at night?"</p>
