Trying to narrow down my list...chance me?

Hey guys, I’m a senior this year and I’m kind of freaking out about the application process. I’m trying to narrow down my list of these schools (ordered from interest):
-Columbia University
-Georgetown
-Vassar
-Vanderbilt
-Emory
-Georgia Tech
-University of Georgia

Here are my stats:

Black Female
GPA: 3.8 UW, 4.0 W (4.0 scale)
ACT: 33 (2014); retook in September
SAT: (old) R: 660 M:660 W: 760
SAT II: US History-770, Chemistry- 720
AP Scores: 5s on US Govt/Politics, World History, Lang, US History, 4s on Chem and Calc AB

Senior Year:
AP Microeconomics
AP Macroeconomics
AP Literature
AP Psychology
AP Statistics
Journalism 4/Yearbook

Awards:
AP Scholar with Distinction
Georgia Certificate of Merit (top 5% in class)
JV Lacrosse MVP
Girl Scouts Silver and Bronze Awards
Governor’s Honors Program Semi-Finalist

ECs:
Yearbook (all 4 years; editor in chief for 2)
JV Lacrosse (freshman and sophomore year; captain)
National Honors Society
Beta Club
Student Council
Junior Docent at historical site in my town
Work (lacrosse referee, instructor at math tutoring center)

Do I need to add more safeties to my list? UGA is really my only one. Also, I’m taking the SAT II in Literature in October. If I get higher than a 720 on that, should I bother sending my chem score in? I know it’s low.

You seem like a good candidate for Vassar- except that it appears that your senior year is less rigorous than previous years. I know that it’s all APs- but your science is psych and your math is stats and both of those are seen as less rigorous than Calc and Chem, which you seem to have done Junior year. And Vassar, oddly but specifically, looks at senior year vigor. Is there more to the story (like, your school doesn’t offer BC or you have a genuine interest in Psych)- such that your course load is really is as rigorous as was practicable? if so, be sure that your GC mentions that in your LoR.
