Tufts Admissions Regular Decision Fall 2022

I believe this is correct

Is “Have test scores and no withdraw” something different than “No withdraw and Yes test scores” in your poll interpretation? These sound the same to me just reverse order.

You are correct I made a typo! I meant No Withdraw and No test scores(1%)… I have edited the post now

Wait what do you mean by have test scores?

Does everyone have this at the top
“We wish you well with your college search!”

We do. That sounds so discouraging !

i think everyone has that… it’s been there for a while

Portal has Application Checklist (still the same with one red check next to Final academic report), Forms (the only thing here is optional, Update your preferred name), and Standardized test scores received (has test score she sent).

So this means rejected according to poll since there is no withdraw or submit scores button? This is heartbreaking.

There would be no reason for you to submit scores since you already provided them. This analysis and poll should be taken with a grain of salt — I would not take it seriously.

I just realized that my portal says 10 self reported AP scores were received… on my common app, I had reported 13. I’m a little confused on how this happened? I know it’s too late to change anything, just noticed it and thought it was weird. For what it’s worth, I only have the option to report test scores, but no withdrawal button.

Thank you:heart:. I know it’s a long shot for anyone but it has been a rough cycle for dd. A no from Tufts will pretty much be the end of the dream. C’mon, Jumbo! :elephant:

I agree that this portal astrology is just myth and shouldn’t be taken seriously. That said, an admitted student may still want to report AP grades over the next two months as they wrap up their final round of AP exams. But there could be other ways to report final AP scores as well. LIke I said, I put no stock in reading the tea leaves.

Mine does as well — emailed about it a while ago but no response.

Here is the thing: occasionally the portal astrology turns out to be accurate, but it is impossible to know definitively before decisions come out and it is wrong way more often than it is right. So, don’t let this get under your skin.

20ish more hours. ‘Sko Bos!

The U-M withdraw button disappeared before decisions were made. Did not mean anything other than “decisions are coming”. It’s likely due to them preparing for decisions to be sent later; T-8 hours now…
