<p>In addition to 3-5 hours of class/lab/recitation time, expect to do an average of 4-6 hours of additional work per day 7 days a week if you want 'A’s. Some days you will spend the entire day doing work and some you won’t have any at all. It also varies greatly by semester. </p>
<p>You can of course get by and graduate doing much less…</p>
<p>how bout weekends? thursday, friday, sat nights? im coming froma high school that parties kinda hard hahah</p>
<p>If you don’t procrastinate there’s no reason you should be doing work on those nights. You should find a way to make weekends productive though, since you have no classes and it’s your free pass to get a ton of work done.</p>
<p>if you did an average of 3hrs additional work, and got straight b’s, is that still considered good (as in good enough to go to a good grad school)</p>
