Tufts Med?

I was looking at the Tufts Early Acceptance program which enables you to apply to their med school as a sophomore. Can someone tell me how good a graduate degree from tufts (MD) looks as compared to say...University at Buffalo? I am mainly brinign up that university because they have a similar early acceptance program...also, do you guys no of any other early acceptance programs? Finally, if you get into the early acceptance program, can you switch out by getting a good MCAT score and go to a better med school? Thanks!

Anyone please?

It depends on what you want to do. There is no such thing as a "bad" medical school, but if you want to consider research at the highest levels, the better medical school will obviously help you later on in life. If you just want to be a doctor, then it should make no difference. Tufts medical school is good, but it's also the most expensive in the nation. You should weigh the two before making a decision.

I just want to become a doctor and hopefully study to become a surgeon. I had no idea that Tufts Medical School had the highest tuition in the nation. Do you know if you can, if you get accepted, transfer to another medical school?

It's not contingent on Tufts but rather the medical schools you would want to transfer to. Some schools have incompatable curriculums and will not accept transfers, but others are more flexible.
