Tufts vs. Colgate vs. WUSTL vs. W&M vs. Nova

Just looking for some opinions:

I am a white male from a suburb of NYC. In college, I am planning on taking my classes very seriously and am hoping to form relationships with my professors (I like an intimate class setting as well as wide class selection (ExCollege at Tufts is appealing)). However, I am also really, really social and plan on partying a lot. I want to play club Rugby or Water Polo and join a few clubs, as well as study abroad. I like the fact that WUSTL and Tufts are close to cities, but it doesn't bother me that much. I hear St Louis is a piece of ****, correct me if I am wrong. Going rural wouldn't bother me though, like I said. Colgates party atmosphere sounds amazing. The warm weather of W&M also sounds great, and the big basketball program at Nova.

I want to major in economics, I think. As you can see, I am distraught.

Also, waitlisted at Vandy, Northwestern and Middlebury.. so give your opinion on those too!

Thanks!
