Tufts vs Wesleyan vs UCONN 8-year program in medicine

I am around 90% sure that I want to pursue medicine in the future, so the UCONN program seems like a no-brainer. However, I can’t help but get worried about the chance I might find something else I enjoy more than medicine. For that reason, I am considering Tufts and Wesleyan. If you have any insight into any of these schools, I would greatly appreciate it! I would be going in to any of these three with the intent of pursuing medicine (although, again, that might change), and plan on working extremely hard to maintain a high GPA. Please exclude cost in this discussion. Thanks!

Tufts’ medical school has an early assurance program that sophomores can apply to; 30% of students are accepted through this program vs. a 2% regular admittance rate. Something to consider.

You can get into medical school from virtually anywhere. Take that off the table. Which of the three most closely approximates your dream school?
