<p>If you have lived in Michigan for almost 3 years and graduated from a high school in Michigan, are you treated as an in-state so you can pay in-state tuition and apply for financial aid?</p>

<p>BTW, I planning to transfer to Umich. for my junior yr.</p>

<p>Maybe. Might depend on where your parents live and claim residency. And if you're Int'l it might depend on whether you have a green card. But check with Umich.</p>
