<p>3.5% for instate UP, something around 2% for Branch, I can't remember the OOS increase...and that's the best case scenario, it may be more once the PA legislature denies funding again. If only the Pegula family had wanted to donate $88million for scholarships instead of an ice rink. </p>
<p>Additionally, the BOT is considering a $30million loan to help the athletic department break even, due to sanctions, lawsuits, and declining attendance (which is more to do with new ticketing policies than scandals)</p>
<p>Looks like 2.99% for us with OOS students. I’m weeping! Gently steering our D15 away from Penn State. Two tuition bills at Penn State prices with virtually no scholarship help would be tough. Really makes me sad because my D12 absolutely loves Penn State.</p>
<p>I agree that ticket policies are hurting attendance. Two night min. at hotels doesn’t help either.</p>
