You have to go into Oasis and then, once you are logged in, click on “USCe.pay/ Current Billing Balance.” When you’re in Epay, you can make a payment to your account – although I don’t think the balance will post until sometime in early August.

In Oasis, you can also set up the USC Payment Plan.

thanks zelda but i cant log into those pages that you said… epay, payment plan anything… so you are saying i should wait around august?

Have you set up your first login? You won’t be able to log into any USC online services until you do so. This also gives you your USC email, so I suggest you do that ASAP.

[USC ARR : OASIS : OASIS and Web Registration Login Help](http://www.usc.edu/dept/ARR/oasis/help.html)

yeah i set up my first login and email everythinh. i log in to myUSC but just cant get into payment plan page.

I read somewhere that incoming freshman can’t pay the tuition bill until August.

My son was at orientation this week. I may be mistaken (big-time information overload), but I believe we were told that your account balances will open as soon as you register for your classes. Once the kids hit the button for registration, your bill is magically rendered. Not sure if this is true for internationals; they may have a more timely method for you?

I just checked and my bill isn’t up yet.

yeah but what does tuition has to do with registration ?? isnt it already determined as 42000 dollars or sth?

i am transfer international btw

“yeah but what does tuition has to do with registration”
you dont pay TUITION to USC until you have signed up for classes- i.e. REGISTERED. If you haven’t signed up for classes yet- i.e haven’t REGISTERED, then you dont owe USC any $$ - [at this point ].
no registration = no money owed
got it?

@menloparkmom thanks for clearing it out.

the thing is i will be registering during international orientation which is 14-15th august… and its just 2-3 days until classes start. thats why i thought maybe i should pay it earlier but anyways

But you should still be able to log into Oasis regardless of if your account has a balance or not.

This from the financial services office:

If I remember correctly, tuition is “due” on the first day of the semester – so account balances should post sometime around July 22nd.

At orientation last week, I was under the impression that USC will run statements based on units, course fees and if applicable the USC health insurance at the end of July. The last day to pay tuition I believe is August 19th. They will go tuition and fees payments through this in detail at orientation.

One of the nice things about USC is how responsive and helpful the administration and staff can be. Rather than ask your question here and continue to speculate, I suggest that you pick up the phone tomorrow morning and place a call. You can start with Admissions and they can refer you to the appropriate person and give you help in accessing the information you need.

pls does anyone know any 5,000 dollar tuition university or college for international student in USA or CANADA?
