Uh oh, my checklist is still there. I’ll just wait for my rejection now.
Mine is still there too… I am sure it means nothing! Good luck to you!
Mine is too lololol.
Honestly guys, breathe.
You have no idea if this means anything at all, and even if it does, what it means! Two days and you will know for sure.
Application checklist still showing here too…
ugh I hate the portal stuff… stresses me out
I still have my checklist. 3.8 UW GPA, top 3% of class, 1540 SAT, lots of interest in Tulane, but was kind of expecting a deferral because I am full pay so they know I could switch to EDII
I’m sure it doesn’t mean anything, no need to stress. Does anyone know where decisions get posted, on portal or Gibson?
Hm that’s weird… My checklist does’nt show up when I log into the portal.
For someone who didn’t write the why tulane essay does it show up or not?
why does full pay suggest that you would switch to ED2?
tulane cares a lot about yield and if its your first choice + full pay I think the idea is you shouldn’t have a problem switching to a binding commitment
Tulane does say they are need blind. I don’t know if it’s necessarily true but if it is they wouldn’t defer you because you didn’t apply for financial aid. The only reason they might defer you is your overqualified SAT score to protect yield rates.
They may be need blind, but they do not meet full need. Unless the student have the funds to pay, ED isn’t a great option.
Agreed. I was just stating that they say they don’t review your financial aid until after they admit you and wouldn’t defer you because of it.
When I logged into my Green Wave Portal it said:
Welcome to the Tulane application portal for full-time undergraduates!
Not sure what this means??
Same - daughter’s portal changed this morning to:
Welcome to the Green Wave Portal, your online resource for Tulane’s admission and enrollment process!
Anyone know what that means???
Mine has always said that, but it doesn’t say what @sunfairchild213 wrote.
didn’t it always say that?
Mine has always said that but not the thing about full time undergraduates
Not sure - but it looks really different now and checklist is gone. It was there yesterday.
