Tulane EA/ED Decisions Class of 2022

My daughter was accepted with the founders scholarship (23k). 3.89w 34 ACT!

Anyone from Washington state receive anything today?

I’ve only heard of acceptances from my school and everyone else hasn’t heard back. Pretty sure if you haven’t heard back (like me) it means you’re deferred

@Soccergirl2232 They said they sent the letters all at the same time, and also I know of someone who got a rejection letter today. Anything could still happen tomorrow. Just have to see what occurs

Anyone recieve their letters in new jersey? I’m from Northern Jersey and neither me nor any of my local friends recieved their letter today… I’m not gonna check the portal until I get my letter because I really want that happiness

But wait…if all letters were supposedly sent on the same day why are some thinking that if they didn’t receive it today it means they are deferred?

I feel like I’m not gonna get my letter until later though too :(( I’m close to Chicago so hopefully that’s why my letter hasn’t come yet

@ConcrndMom. Agree. I’m LI too ( I think you said you were). I’m not seeing many acceptances posted here from LI (maybe 1 or 2) nor are we hearing of local acceptances from our or neighboring high schools yet. I’m chalking it up to the Melville distribution center – at least for now.

The button that used to say “switch your application to ED II” is no longer there, or maybe I just can’t see it. Is this what people were talking about? how do you access this button???

My mail came at like 6 and I didn’t see until now but I was accepted to the spring semester (probably because my low ACT score)! my EDII button did NOT work last night so I feel the conspiracy may be true
I thought I had no chance getting in with a 26 ACT and 4.08 GPA but everyone miracles happen! it was a reach for me

Live in Socal and was accepted EA for fall of 2018 with the Founder’s scholarship. ACT: 32 GPA: 3.7 AND WGPA: 4.2 Tons of community service, ec’s, full IB diploma candidate, and very solid application. Was surprised to get in with my stats, but hey, I’ll take it.

@bigchoices2018 We live in Spokane, WA and my daughter got her acceptance in the mail today.

@bigchoices2018 I live on the Seattle eastside, and neither me nor my friend (also lives here) got letters today :frowning:

@socalsusboi - First, congrats! Which town in SoCal are you from?

Portland, OR and no letter here yet for me or anyone else I’ve talked to :frowning: this method was stressful… anyone heard when portals are updated?

around 2 pacific time (4pm in New Orleans)

I’m from cali and i got it in the mail today; they said they’d update the portal by tomorrow at 5pm central time. does anyone know when financial aid comes out?

@tjaybird Well at least we aren’t alone in waiting! Good luck!

@syd24ranger i am from northern jersey and got my acceptance letter yesterday

I really don’t think there’s any major correlation between when you receive the letter and your decision. Does seem like high stats/merit aid got decisions today so maybe they mailed those out first but even then, this is the USPS we’re taking about. Tulane could not organize getting letters in on the same day if their legacy depended on it.
