@calitochimom I am from IL as well! I have not heard anything so far. I was deferred EA & sent Mr. Stanford an email a few weeks ago during Mardi Gras. He said he would put the email in my file so I don’t think he was completely done with all the applications! Let me know if you hear anything, and good luck 
IL resident here as well. My counselor at school called Mr. Stanford last week and he simply said we should hear no later than April 1. I was deferred EA and have showed as much interest as I believe I could. The only thing I am worried about is that I did not visit campus due to my parents’ financial situation but I explained that in emailed to Mr. Stanford so I hope that will not be a deal breaker. Also- I emailed Mr. Stanford on 3/7 and he replied on 3/8 saying “I look forward to reviewing your application soon.” I feel like they are overwhelmed with applications this year, considering he implied that he had not really started to review mine two weeks ago.

Congrats to all the those who got in! Sorry if I offended anyone. Didn’t mean to! I "lol"ed the fact our son heard from schools he thought he would have difficulty getting in yet haven’t heard from the school that courted him so much. Just never know I guess!
Oh and for those who haven’t heard yet, don’t lose hope!! No news is good news! I think many wait listed people get in after a while!
Hopefully it will be better this year, but last year there was no wait list.

So are decisions still being sent out today? Has anyone else received a decision in the last few hours?
Do they normally send emails before updating decisions or should we just check the portal regularly?
Jeff says the admission decisions are still being sent out all the way up to April 1. And that there are ACCEPTANCES not just wait lists and denials! Good luck to all!!!

Just realized that I did the application through the Tulane application & not common app so my mid term grades didn’t get submitted. I’m so so upset at myself for not catching it. Well, I’m pretty sure this means a denial for sure, but good luck to everyone!
