Tulane VIP application- Not early action

<p>So I can't apply Early Action to Tulane because I applied under Stanford's Early Action and it's Single-Choice. >< Darn it. </p>

<p>I want to apply through the VIP application that I received though, because hey, no application fee and it's definitely a school I like, but if I submit it under Regular Decision, would I have to apply with the regular application and pay the application fee? Sorry if this seems patently obvious but I'm feeling rather lost at the moment.</p>

^You can change your application to Regular Decision as long as you make the request before Dec. 1st.</p>
