I was medically turnedback during basic and im starting to get to the point now where i have to make some decisions for what to do with myself. If I go to college somewhere and do ROTC can I get a scholarship for that school? Someone told me that Air Force Academy cadets that have been turnbacked are given ROTC scholarships to continue officer training. I dont have a scholarship anywhere that i can just reinstate. What is the best course of action?

You don't have to have a scholarship to do ROTC. So just go to whichever college you want to and sign up for the ROTC courses. It will be very easy for you to get a ROTC scholarship for the next three years at that (or a different) college.

well i knew you didnt need a scholarship to do ROTC cause i did it in college before i went to the academy. I just heard you automatically are kind of "given" the scholarship from ROTC from the Air Force because they want you to stay motivated for becoming an officer still.

I have not heard of that and do not think it is true.

You may want to check with the colleges you are thinking of attending and see if they have an AF ROTC det. If they do not, try to find out where the closest AF ROTC detachment is located. Once you find out, contact the det directly. They will tell you what you need to know. I was ROTC (many years ago) and received my commision (and scholarship) through this program. You have to apply for a scholarship but I would think having been selected by the USAFA, you would be highly competitive to receive a scholarship. It was not automatic, however. It also depended on what you planned to major in. Most scholarships went to cadets with planned majors in high tech fields (engineering, math, sciences etc). Regardless, contact the ROTC det at the university closest to you, or the college you plan to attend. It's a great way to earn a commision, and I would suspect they would love to have you join them. Good luck to you!
